If you’re not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy makes the process
simple and hassle-free.
1. Return Policy
1.1 Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
• The following items are not eligible for return:
• Intimates
• Swimwear
• Final sale or clearance products

1.2 Return Process

1. Email us at support@dontbebasic.in or call 9147752250 with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
   Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled.

1.3 Return Shipping Cost

• Defective/Wrong
  Item: We will bear the return shipping charges.
• Other
  Returns (size issue/change of mind): The customer will bear the shipping cost.

2. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
• Items must meet the same eligibility conditions as returns.
• If the requested size/style is unavailable, we will provide a refund or
  store credit instead.
