1.3 Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above. This is subject to change.

For COD orders a flat COD fee of ₹49 will be charged. This is subject to change.
1.4 Order Tracking

A tracking link will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Certain items such as intimates, swimwear, and final sale products are not eligible for returns.
2.2 Return Process

Once approved, schedule a reverse pick-up or self-ship to the address provided.
2.3 Return Shipping Cost

For defective or wrong items, shipping charges will be borne by us.

For other returns (e.g., change of mind, size issues), the customer bears the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days after return approval and product inspection.
3.2 Non-Refundable Cases

Products returned in a used/damaged condition.

4. Exchange Policy

5.1 Before Dispatch

Full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
5.2 After Dispatch

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Customers can request a return after delivery as per our return policy.
